The medicine Alka seltzer is good for heartburn, stomach upset & indigestion... My suggestion is what medicines you have mentioned above are for street, depression thyroid etc... In Ayurveda there is a better way to handle this.. And you can get a good relief Bcoz all these are interconnected to each other..
