Antiretroviral have a lot of interactions, and it's very difficult to get a drug with least interactions.
So please take medication under supervision,

There are cases of known drug interactions between eszopiclone and antivirals. I would not recommend taking them without supervision. I would also advise you to consult a psychiatrist for the cause of insomnia rather than taking benzodiazepines per se.
