Can I take eszopiclone since am already taking antiretroviral for hiv ...am having. Insomnia how much dosage will be right...will there be any drug interactions

Sir Antiretroviral have a lot of interactions, and it's very difficult to get a drug with least interactions. So please take medication under supervision, Sometimes doctor may need to prescribe you certain drugs depending on his previous experience

There are cases of known drug interactions between eszopiclone and antivirals. I would not recommend taking them without supervision. I would also advise you to consult a psychiatrist for the cause of insomnia rather than taking benzodiazepines per se.
