Both can be taken with consideration by its benefits v/s risk. Indication of use of paroxetine and magnesium glycinate should be considered. Paroxetine is at low dose presently, given its a SSRI, it may as a side effect stop clot formation by halting serotonin uptake in platelets. Drug drug interaction should be kept in mind and routine blood investigation may be done to ensure normal functioning of liver and kidney and have a baseline blood counts.
