Drops of semen coming after ejaculation

I have never had problems with my ejaculation till date. 1 week ago I was diagnosed with viral induced jaundice/hepatitis for which doctor put me on udiliv 300. When masturbating, after I reach my orgasm/climax, there's only a little amount of semen in ejaculation. Comparing it with my normal self, I am a bit worried if this could be a possible medical condition. Please help

Suppose u r having Hepatitis u may find Decrease semen quantity die to viral load once you will recover from tht automatically it will increase and apart from tht you may do semen analysis test and we may add some medicine
