Sir my elder brother is having drop in his blood platelets. 10 days back it came to 20,000. Then we admitted him and gave 4 unit platelets and now it's 47,000. As I am from Assam here doctor are unable to tell the exact reason for this. Please help me sir what should I do

He might be suffering from Dengue fever . Get the tests done . Give him plenty of liquids - green nariyal pani etc . Crushed papaya leaves , take the juice and give him twice thrice half or one cup .
