Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Drooling in sleep happens due to excess salibation.
Some people sleep with mouths open.
Some people breathe through mouth due to congestion in nose causing drooling.
Sleep on the back, take a comfortable pillow, practice deep breathing exercises daily.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
