By mistake i drink Lemon juice from copper vessel, and after vomiting, Now also not feeling good from inner side after i take lunch also but still not feeling good.

Drinking lemon juice in copper utensils hastens corrosion in vessel due to presence of citric acid in lemon and adds more amount of copper in the water, so I would advise you to go to the nearest ER as soon as possible because you may have copper toxicity due to excessive copper intake due to the lime juice reaction with copper.
