I have been having drandruff since 5-6 years. It got quite serious now and it is throughout the year. Tried lemon juice, hair oil, anti dandruff shampoo, henna but to no avail. They itch constantly. I still find scales of dandruff right after hair wash. I have oily skin in general. Please advise a permanent cure for it.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we cause dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
