No sir I didn't hit any object or anything my body and head just shook a bit in order to save my phone from falling down that's it so I just wondered cam it cause concussion I haven't hit head in any object.

Just simple shooking head rare to cause concussion... Hitting of brain can also b to the skull.. That can cause concussion... As happens in babies... Rare in adult... Only if severe head sudden movement
