There are two common reasons for giddiness early morning
1 Due to ear issues (BPPV)
2 Due to sudden decreasing BP (Orthostatic Hypotension)
After waking up
First sir up in bed for few min
Keep ur legs on the ground and sit in bed for few minutes den get up
