It may be immune thrombocytopenic purpura  or some other bone marrow problem get a detail vitamin and iron levels profile done and meet a doctor you may even require bone marrow examination and medicine. At this level of platelet u r having high risk to get internal bleeding and it may be life threatening so consider this as an emergency and get hospitalized for work up and diagnosis
