Hi I have taken mifepristone . Doctor has advised to take misoprostol exactly after 48 hours. Now comes the doubt. Shall I take the misoprostol by swallowing or buccally? Please help. Which way is more effective? Thank you.

Its not that u r supposed to tk it exactly after 48hrs , according to latest guidelines a gap of 36 to 48hrs is ok. The effect s best vaginally. But if u r not conformtable u cn tk either way bucally or orally. Chances of diarrhoea and vomiting are more with oral intake.
