Hi letrozol is an aromataze inhibitor used to lower  oestrogen in our body. It is used mainly in treating receptor sensitive breast cancer especially in woman in peri and post menopausal age. Earlier it  was also used off labely for ovulation induction (stimulating more follicles in ovary to have more eggs).
