Doubt of pregnancy

I have done only makeout on 15aug then I got periods on 18 of aug. I am still virgin. I got some doubt so i do test from prega news. It shows single line. But now a days I am facing from vaginal discharge is their any chance of pregnancy or other problem. And I am also feeling like  breathing issue some times. What is the cause and problem please tell i am very much disturbed.
