Doubt in Tiffa scan report

I am 21 weeks pregnant. Got scanned 3 days before. In report it's mentioned that " Both fetal kidneys shows prominent collecting system with pelvic AP diameter 3-4mm". I want to know whether it's a serious problem and have any cure for it. Thanks
