I have symptoms Back pain. Dizzness in morning . Light headache all the day. I usually don't miss periods but this month I have light bleeding For one day only and no periods . My breasts size increased and they are itchy. Feeling Hungry once in 2hrs If not PCOD what can it be? Give me advice
