Hello I am 21 year old male with history of bad UTI. I wants to know that doing double voiding everytime is bad for health or should i start using it. Please tell me Exact steps for double voiding

Plz tell your complaints, any reports done so far, then ask for treatment. In a young guy like you , who and why advised double voiding is a surprise for me. Must consult a urologist first. And don’t demand for any treatment like cafeteria if that is not required.
