Double marker includes papp A and Free beta HCG. If deranged please try and combine it with nuchal scan. Then next level can be invasive or non invasive. Non invasive is NIPT which is expensive but low risk to the baby as done through mothers blood. Invasive is amnio centesis has a one percent risk of miscarriage. Good luck.
