Double marker test and thyroid test

Good afternoon sir, my wife who is 24 years old is 12 week 4 days pregnant had  n.t scan, double marker test and thyroid test hear are the reports. My question is her FREE BETA HCG is 15.2 ng/ml. Is it low ? And are all her reports normal and her thyroid t3 is slightly above ?
