Morning i had 1 LSR tablet ..after 1 hours i had again LSR tablet mistakely.. I am worried and panic.. Any thing happenes to me.. Please answer me doctor??

Just relax nothing to panic ok . Only one tablet by mistake no worries.. drink plenty of fluids include more fibre rich diet.
