Hi Doctor, I am 20 year old boy, Since 3 months ago I am seeing some little dots and reddish rough skin near under my eye area in my face. Initialy I was thinking it's a normal, but after some days I am finding it's difficult to get rid from this. So Doctor you are requested to please give me suggestions regarding this. Thankyou
