How many times a day we have to take acyclovir 400mg for herpes.. normal dosage to be taken

400 mg you can 8 hourly actually dose depends on the severity of infection.If more then you can take 6 hourly also.Better meet to your doctor and discuss with him regarding dose and frequency.
