Dosage of Zincovit - 200ml Syrup

Hello Doctor, We need to give a dosage of Zincovit syrup to our 4.6 years old boy. He is about 14kgs of weight and 3.1 inches of height. Could you suggest the dosage and the duration. And whether it can be given before/after food.
