Done with C3R a year ago, not using lens

I have done C3R surgery for both my eyes a year and I have stopped using RGP lenses due to uncomfortable, at present am using my specs. Will be there any increase in eyesight or change of cornea shape and is it necessary to wear lenses?

It is not necessary to use RGP contact lenses, it is to have good vision you use it.if you are comfortable with present vision with glasses, you can continue with glasses. Shape of cornea more or less should remain stable. During pregnancy there are chances of getting changes in corneal shape
