Doing potty again and again

My child is 1.5 months old and he is passing battery potty continuously again and again and whenever we feed he passes the wattery potty. I am giving the entenosenina liq (ORS) once in a day and weltone z drop 1 ml once in a day still wattery potty is not stopped. Please suggest what should I do.

Its fine if the baby is active playful. Make sure to give breastfeeds after every loose stools. And continue syp zinc 2.5ml OD for 2 weeks

Passing motion after every feed is normal in babies. Have a watch on urine output, activity. If baby is feeding well and gaining weight nothing to worry

Passing motion after feeding is normal for young babies. I assume he is breastfed. But if the frequency is very high then it can be infectious. Keep a watch on urine output. Enterogermina is a probiotic, not ORS. Sometimes post infection they have difficulty in digesting milk sugars. For such a young baby better to visit pediatrician and discuss

Passing stool after feed is normal at this age. If the baby is active, playful, taking feeds well and passing urine atleast 6-8 times a day, then you need not worry
