Does smoking stunt height i have been smoking for 4 months aand im 16 does this means i stunned my height ? how to recover if so

Smoking is very bad at whatever the age is. It contains nicotine, thickens blood and is strongly associated with heart attack in youngs. Quit smoking immediately. Generally direct relation of smoking and stunned ground is not there but DEFINATELY it chars your lung decreases oxygen giving capacity of lungs to whole body organs
