Does home pregenancy kit identify ectopic pregenancy. My last menstruation cycle was on 29 of Aug I have done sex on 2nd of September till now my periods do not come. My regular cycle is 32 days before 2 months I am going through the procedure of dilation & Carthage I have one side pain I have checked through home pregenancy test but they are negative does there is any chance that I am pregnant I feel weight around my stomach specially feel while sleeping Pls guide what should be my next
