Hello, I am a 34 year old male. My wife is pregnant and we are very excited to have our first baby. I am trying to bypass any complications that may arise and hurt the mother and the child. I want to know does posterior placenta during pregnancy is complicated.

No it is safe in comparison to Anterior placenta.Only side effect is premature labour and premature delivery.So donot worry for that . Continue the medicine and more bedrest in last moment.
