This is report of Tmj CBCT scan. The right condylar process shows a round shaped head with flattening of superior articular surface. cortical lining is fairly demarcated. right articular eminence is sigmoid shaped with localized thinning, flattening of cortical lining along posterior slope. Right articular fossa is slightly deeper and shows fairly demarcated cortical outline. Slightly increased superior joint space is noted.Posterior joint space is within normal limits. left condylar process shows a round shaped head with mild flattening of superior articular surface. left articular eminence shows a flat, sigmoid shape with fairly demarcated cortical outline. Left articular fossa shows well demarcated cortical outline.superior and posterior joint spaces are fairly demarcated and within normal limits.external auditory meatus and mastoid air cells on right and left side are fairly demarcated and within normal limits.right styloid process is segmented.length is within normal limits.

Continue with Physical therapy and dry needling as you are on treatment. It will take time to heal, use splint and if uncomfortable can remove it for sometime. Myofacial massage technique will be helpfull.
