Does fissure reappear after lis surgery. I had LIS surgery a year back but since last two days I am itching at the opening of anus ( from inside) no bleeding..no pain during evacuation or after evacuation.just very less itching and little swelling..i am doing sitz bath and using Cremagel-H cream

It can re occur if not done in correct manner But in ur case doesn't look like Fissure Fissure shud have pain but u dont have pain
