My wound got open after stichinhg removing doctor asked me to keep cleaning that's m attaching a pic of my wound please check tell me do I need stiches thank you

Looks like a mild infection. Continue dry dressing till the wound heals. If you're worried about the cosmetic result, the scar can be dealt with once the wound is completely healed, maybe in a few months.

How many days have passed since the injury. The skin appears to be macerated.. You can go for dry dressing for a few days.. If the skin and wound is drying up, no need for resuturing..
Next Steps
If the wound doesnt seem to heal, better to go for debridement and reclosure..
