Do I have Marfan syndrome?

I know it is hard to judge without physical contact but based upon my description, 18 yo, 6 ft ht, 46kg weight, i pass the wrist test (ie fingerd overlap while draping), thumb test too. Never had any eye issue so far and not sure about heart. Extremely thin since birth and no matter what diet i follow, I never progress. Plus the images of people on searching this are somewhat like me.
