I'm suffering from chronic nausea Tested negative for h pylori via stool antigen test My symptoms started as violent coughing which would make me gag Tried several ppis they gave temporary relief then my symptoms evolved into nausea. Had an endoscopy which suggested mild reflux esophagitis And gastroduodenitis. Then a stool test afterwards Currently on amitryptaline 10mg and itopride hydrochloride 50mg Not facing nausea but I've been reading about gastroparesis and how it is an untreatable condition. I'm losing my mind please help (I'm a 2nd year mbbs student as well)

Please evaluate for violent cough. Chronic nausea may be due to various reasons. You need detailed evaluation.  Need detail history. Gastroparesis as such isn't a common  disease. Its symptoms  are usually  different. You need to do detailed  evaluation .
