Please check the attachment, it includes my question and description of the problem. After that I wanted to add a note I have taken 3-4 other self assessment tests for ADHD and in all the tests it has recommended for immediate consultation with a medical professional who can actually confirm.

Get diagnosed from Clinical Psychologist. Some symptoms of Anxiety and Related disorders are similar with ADHD.

Yes some symptoms r there,but basically we need to rule out anxiety or depressive symptoms.. then only we can come to conclusions that u r having a ADHD or not
