Hair loss: Extensive chronic hair loss (from the root) throughout the day everyday since age 21 (for 10 yrs). Can't leave hair open. In Nov 2019 I had lost chunks of hair (appears to be fallout of an undiagnosed foreign illness/infection with foreign pathogen where my blood platelets depleted below normal) which looked distressing and alarming. Hair on scalp thinned after that and has not returned to normal.  Body odour: underarm smell has become more pungent over the past years since age 25. It used to not stink before but now it stinks in just 3 hours. Standard of hygiene unchanged. Diet changed mildly (less meat than before).  Vaginal infection: stubborn mixed fungal-bacterial VI every month continuously for the last 7 years which is cyclical.  Hunger: Extreme sudden hunger at meal time. Inept at fasting for even few minutes.  Chronic Migraine: frequent long lasting crippling headaches at the end of the day or if hungry, thirsty or drunk or not slept.
