Hello. Yes, following a healthy diet along with physical activity will definitely help you loose weight. But you having a hormonal imbalance, the loss will be a little slower, but with dedication, nothing is impossible. Less use of simple carbohydrate foods, high oil foods, junk foods, and more use of high complex carbohydrate foods, high fiber foods, low fat foods, high good quality proteins in the diet will help you eat healthy. Yes you can have milk and curd, but making sure that the milk products are low fat products.
