Dlbcl non hodgking lymphoma

Dlbcl nhl reoccurance occupied 90% cell of bone marrow (ics test said).now platlets tranfused every 2nd day.Tlc is 900.rituximab was  given 5 day before. Filgristin inj is on. Any other idea to increse plt and tlc count

Chemotherapy should kill lymphoma cells and marrow has to regrow... No other option.. Maintain good nutrition .. Be on treating doc follow up to timely stay on antibiotics...

For increase the wbc filgrastim is there.  For platelets no other option you should get platelet transfusion only. Once lymphoma got controlled with chemotherapy platelet automatically will improve
