  4. Diziness. What cud cause me diziness?

I have dizziness and vertigo since 2 days. I was evaulated by neuro who did ct head without contrast which was normal! Then a cardiologist who did ecg which was fine. Also in ecg the qtc level was 445 ms, then repeat ecg after 2 hours level was 428 ms! Is it long qt? And what cud cause me dizziness?
