Dizzy and head tightness feeling

Since yesterday I feel dizzy and having headache followed by tightening and pins and needles sensation on head, while walking I felt I would fall down and my limbs were numb while i was walking for a moment and again am also very anxious after that incident pls reply thank youu so much
