I have dizziness while working and while sitting and eating. Im taking bp medications and bp is 121/80

Dizziness could be due to variety of reasons. Is the dizziness more when you change position or turn your head. Is it persistent or comes and goes?   You can consult a Neurologist for detailed evaluation.
