Dizziness while changing position

Hi, I feel dizzy at times I change my position, like suppose I am sitting and go to bed to lie down or the other way around like I am in bed & gets up from the bed. Sometimes dizziness is very little but sometimes it is very hard. No headache problem is there. Kindly suggest
