Dizziness, weird feeling in the eyes

I have been feeling detached from my brain and ive been feeling dizzy as well as my eyes feeling weird. I dont have an inner ear infection cause my ears do not hurt.

Hello This could be due to dryness Try A.cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
