Hello Doctor My mother is having severe neckpain, dizziness, vomiting and headache due to vertigo cervical problem. Can you suggest Stemetil MD or vertin will be effective? What others medicines can be taken?

Both Stemetil MD and Vertin can be used as a symptomatic measure to manage Vertigo but they don't treat the cause of the same.
Next Steps
Need more info about the exact cause of Vertigo. Attach any X-rays/ MRI of the neck if available so that a more specific approach can be taken.
