Hello doctor i am suffering from vertigo from Sunday I take vertin 8 mg tab twice a day 3 days but still there is slightly dizziness when lying on bed or turn head afer lying on bed .feeling dizzy only  after lying on bed There is no any problem while standing or performing regular duties . I had suffer this type of problem in last year may 21 but that type i had vomiting and nausea and severe  dizziness that I could not able to stand .but this time only feeling dizzy afer lying on bed and remain  2 or 3 sec only  ,i feels that it happend to me when I am tense or having exersion.what should I do is it required medicine or it goes only having some exercise.
