Dizziness occur

Last night i suden wake up at midnight with fear thought any stranger in house after waking up i immediately running to check all doors, then suddenly i feel dizziness and also feel racing heartbeat Is this dizziness is serious or test required to ruleout any problem althought i never had this problem before.? Age : 22 Weight : 80kg

Your dizziness may be caused due extreme anxiety and fear . I don’t know your height but for your weight you appear to be on heavier side. Start regular exercise and diet monitoring.

We can rule out sleep terror if this is not repeated and doesn't run in families and in sleep terror people do not have the memory of this scenario..when they wake up Apart from this,it can be anxiety..
