Dizziness n vomit feeling

From yesterday my wife is feeling dizziness and uneasy. She also looks very weak and pale. Her blood sugar level is approx 200-220.It has been 2 years since she was diagnosed with diabetic and since than she is taking she humalog insulin.

Hello.. Her blood glucose is elevated .. She might need insulin dose adjustment... It takes time to get back to normal... Dizziness could be due to hypotension, infection or some other cause .. Detailed history and complete examination is required ..Take her to general physician in nearest hospital.
