Hello, My 22 year old brother has cold and fever since yesterday and tested positive for coronavirus today. His pulse is coming to be above 100 at rest and spo2 reading is 93-94. He is also feeling a bit dizzy and has completely blocked nose. Fever is not very high- around 99. The online doctor told us to wait and give him nasal spray and flu cold. Should we consider taking him to the hospital? Or wait for a few hours for medecines to work?
