Dizziness everytime I wokeup

My brother in law facing problem of dizziness from past 15-20 days. Everytime he wake up either from sleep or resting he has feeling of dizziness like having hangover, everything moving around his head. He is taking vertin 16 as one of the doctor prescribes him so. So PLZZ update me with information soon..

Update as to his problem? Well many causes for dizziness and he needs to rest and avoid jerks and sudden body movements. After certain how is he? Let him update his condition.
