What cud be the reason for dizziness and weird confused out of touch feelings for a young 21 year old male? I feel like I am not able to understand what's going around n I will faint anytime... I have had MRI n cervical spine brain - normal... My resting Ecg also fine..... I checked my vitals- bp- 130/80 n hr-80 so no issues wid that.. only have gastric issues like acidity, bloating and leaky gut What tests to do or doctor to consult?
