Dizziness and nauseating

Since morning my son is complaining of dizziness and his head being heavy. He says if he stands he feels as if he would fall...he is also complaining of nausea and slight loose motion. What could be suggested?

May be due to heat. Encourage more liquids If hydrated, headache, bodyache and weakness will be less.
